We're offering a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO of a fast-moving startup ecosystem (finance, technology, and operations).
You'll support daily tasks, learn critical thinking, and get exposed to strategic decision-making in real time, all while developing your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
**What You'll Do**
- Support the CEO in **daily administrative and financial tasks**:
- Assist in **basic bookkeeping, document control**, and **project tracking**:
- Help organize information, schedules, and priorities
- Participate in **process improvement**, analysis, and occasional research
- Join **1:1 mentorship sessions** to sharpen your thinking, structure, and analytical mindset
**What We're Looking For**
- Currently enrolled in the **last semesters** of a degree in **Accounting, Finance, Business Admin**, or similar
- **Highly detail-oriented**, organized, and intellectually curious
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and structured information
- Proactive, respectful, and open to feedback
