**About the Company**
Our client is a fast-growing **Managed Services Provider (MSP)** helping businesses improve technology operations, reduce costs, and strengthen cybersecurity.
They're seeking a **Data Assistant** to support the accuracy, quality, and organization of internal databases and lead information.
**Role Overview**
The **Data Assistant** will work closely with the sales team to manage, organize, and improve prospect data in HubSpot and conduct targeted research in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
This role requires attention to detail, a love for organized data, and the ability to work in the office in Guadalajara at least three days per week.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Scrub, update, and maintain lead and customer databases.
- Identify and remove duplicate, incomplete, or outdated records.
- Standardize data formats for consistency across systems.




- Assist with regular data audits to ensure CRM health and reliability.
- Tag and segment leads in HubSpot for targeted outreach.
- Research and verify prospect details using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
**Requirements**:
- 1+ year of experience in data entry, data cleaning, or database management.
- Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Stable internet connection and own laptop.
- Availability to work in the Guadalajara office at least 3 days per week.
**Contract Type**
This is a **full-time independent contractor role (no benefits)** with a monthly rate of **$12,000 MXN net**.
PTO is available.
