**What you will do**:
- Support GPS Quality Requirements.
Monitor consistency to Global Metric Performance.
- Actively participate in Plant Quality Meetings.
Manage RED X / OpEx projects as requested from Quality Manager.
- Proficiency and knowledge of the elements of the GM Quality System / GMS BIQ and of the Quality Launch Plan.
- Proficiency and knowledge of the requirements in the Integral Quality Manual.
Ability to coach, teach and audit elements of GM Quality Manual and GMS BIQ Principle and Elements.
- Managerial Courage to provide direct, honest, constructive feedback.
Present clear problem definition, technical mentorship on complex problems, and regular updates on progress.
- Maintain updates to Quality Requirements.
Maintain Quality Requirement deviations from plants.
- Maintain Cost of Quality reports by Plant.
**Additional Job Description**:
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree: Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical or Mechatronic Engineer or similar.
- Required experience in similar position: from 1 to 3 years.
- Available to change shifts (4x3)
- English Level: Advanced.
- Key Skills: problem solving, customer focus, people management (lead teams), analytical thinking
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- REDX and OPEX Methodology
- Green Belt/Black Belt
- Previous experience machining processes (Gears)
