**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize multiple sourcing platforms and tools, including Boolean searches, social media, job boards, networking groups, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future openings.
- Stay current on U.S. labor market trends and sourcing best practices to improve outreach effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and employment practices throughout the sourcing process.
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in a sourcing or recruiting support role.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sourcing or talent acquisition role.
- Experience sourcing for U.S.based roles strongly preferred.




- Prior experience with Workday or a similar applicant tracking system preferred.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques and online sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Technically savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout all interactions.
**Additional Requirements**:
- This position will start as remote and transition to onsite in Monterrey, Mexico once the office is operational (approximately within the first year).
- No travel is required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
