- Support management of contracts & relationship with existing and prospective customers assigned by the lead, to improve manage of operational issues and improve the likelihood of converting prospects into projects, collaborating with business development team.
- Collaborate in the analysis of technical-commercial requirements of existing and future clients on TC systems, ensuring that the client's business requirements and interests are met.
- Follow up on activity programs (maintenance, construction and operation) with impact on service delivery.
- Manage assets in a manner that preserves and enhances the value of CT systems, through improved management of commercial, operational, legal, etc. issues and efficient management of response and action plans.
- Acts as the face of externally with customers and customer visits, and internally with a wide range of other stakeholder groups.
- Advise internal stakeholders in understanding appropriate risk allocation, terms and conditions of various contracts and provide advice on preserving and enhancing returns from assets.
- Support coordination with engineering, finance, accounting, tax, legal professionals as well as third party consultants during the preoperative and asset operational life cycle and for new initiatives assigned by the lead.




- Provide commercial guidance and assistance to others departments and management regarding business conditions and commercial risk assessment.
- Remain up to date on legal, compliance and economic issues.
- Stay current on natural gas market and energy industry issues at large that may directly or indirectly impact the operation of TC assets.
- Support administration of contracts and agreements related to transportation agreements, metering and interconnections and/or service contracts for operating, maintenance and construction (for the projects assigned by the leader).
Provide support to clients in relation to their operations.
- Provide support & analysis for the resolution of contractual terms, including imbalances, service penalties, preoperative obligations, etc.
- Analyze optimization and sizing of solutions based on current natural gas market conditions (potential demands, operating conditions of interconnected systems, available capacity, etc.).
Preparation of commercial notes and presentations.
- Other activities required by your leader according to business needs.
