**Your Impact**
As BI Reporting Sr Analyst - Capability, your responsibilities would consist of:
- **Innovative Solutions**: Serve as the gatekeeper for new BI reporting requirements, providing ingenious solutions through existing tools or by pioneering new functionalities.
- **Data Storytelling**: Visualize raw, transformed,



and modeled data using cutting-edge platforms like Power BI and Tableau, crafting compelling narratives for our business partners.
- **Trailblazing Exploration**: Dive into new and emerging visualization techniques, exploring innovative avenues to enhance our data storytelling capabilities.
- **Strategic Partnerships**: Forge strong collaborations with Business Teams, Relationship Managers, and IT services, driving BI best practices and standards forward.
- **Agile Development**: Support BI development on Power BI and Tableau, ensuring seamless alignment with evolving business needs.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Champion continuous improvement initiatives, from refining business requirements to streamlining operational processes, all while ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- **Pioneering Automation**: Propose and implement automation solutions to elevate our data quality processes, harnessing the latest in technology to drive efficiency
**Qualifications**
**Who Are We Looking For?
**
**Education**
Bachelor's Degree in business, Computer Science, or equivalent
**Experience**
Minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience and a solid foundation in BI Development, particularly with Power BI and Tableau.
- ** Data Dynamo**: Proven track record of developing complex dashboards with large data volumes, coupled with a deep understanding of PepsiCo's business processes and data environments.
- ** Agile Mindset**: Ability to thrive in an agile environment, idea-ting requirements and designing iteratively with business partners to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- ** Communication Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively and listen attentively to stakeholder needs.
- ** Innovative Spirit**: A knack for identifying and harnessing new technologies to support evolving business needs, with experience in cloud technologies and data sources as a plus.
