**About the Role**
We are looking for a highly skilled, proactive, and people-oriented **Client Manager** to join a dynamic team.
**This role is adecuado for someone with strong technical accounting skills who is also confident in client communication, team leadership, and full ownership of client relationships.

**This is a client-facing role.
Advanced English communication skills—both written and spoken—are required to interact professionally with U.S.based clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Client Ownership & Relationship Management:
Manage the full accounting relationship with assigned clients.
Conduct regular meetings, review financials, respond to inquiries within a 24-hour SLA, and communicate insights clearly.
- Financial Review & Quality Control:
Review financial statements prepared by analysts, identify inconsistencies, and determine whether anomalies are errors or valid deviations.
- Problem Solving & Critical Thinking:
Resolve client issues and internal escalations.
Support analysts while promoting independent problem-solving.
- Technical Accounting Oversight:
Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting data and reports.
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Management:
Guide clients through financial planning processes aligned with their business goals.
- Project & Team Management:




Oversee multiple client accounts, coordinate internal teams, delegate tasks, and ensure accountability.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA/CFA or Master's preferred.
- 5+ years in a financial leadership or controller role, ideally in a multi-client or advisory setting.
- Industry experience in restaurants, construction, or professional services is a plus.
