The Procurement Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the purchasing department by managing supplier relationships, coordinating logistics, and assisting in various purchasing activities.
This position requires advanced English skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- **Order Creation and Tracking**: Assist in the creation and follow-up of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
- **Supplier Quotation**: Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update the product and supplier database to ensure accurate and current information.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Assist in the preparation of purchasing reports and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate deliveries with the logistics team to ensure efficient and timely receipt of goods.
- **Resourcing Projects Support**: Provide support in resourcing projects to optimize supplier relationships and procurement strategies.
