Key Responsibilities:
- Billing & Receivables Management Support:
- Assist in the billing, invoicing, and collections processes to ensure timely and accurate management of accounts receivable.
- Review aged accounts receivable reports, identify past-due accounts, and work to resolve outstanding balances.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Receivables Analyst and Receivables Manager on receivables projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvements and departmental objectives.
- General Support:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to meet department goals and company-wide targets, ensuring seamless communication and support for special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience:




- 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role, with exposure to accounts receivable or billing functions.
- Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., Salesforce & Sage Intacct).
- Skills:
- Foundational understanding of GAAP, financial regulations, and receivables management processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve billing issues efficiently.
- Effective communication skills to work with both internal teams and clients on collections and disputes.
