**Job Summary**:
The Artwork Approval Coordinator is responsible for executing and managing the packaging artwork approval process for Colgate's brands across LATAM.
Acting as the main liaison between design agencies and internal teams, the coordinator ensures that artwork is routed, reviewed, and approved in alignment with company guidelines, brand standards, and defined timelines.
This role requires strong organizational and prioritization abilities to manage workflows, resolve feedback, and oversee purchase order and payment processes in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Execute the routing and approval of packaging artwork in Colgate's artwork approval system, ensuring timely completion and adherence to approval requirements.
- Review and validate artwork inputs, ensuring all deliverables meet Colgate's guidelines and established brand packaging standards.
- Provide clear,



actionable feedback to artwork providers and print suppliers, managing the flow of comments and ensuring requested changes are implemented.
- Coordinate issue resolution in artwork feedback, escalating complex cases to the Routing Hub Manager when needed.
- Support cost tracking, invoice processing, and management of purchase orders related to mechanical and prepress artwork.
- Deliver training and guidance on the general artwork approval system to relevant users.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the artwork approval process.
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, R&D;, Packaging), Regional Design Integration Managers, agencies, print suppliers, and packaging engineering teams.
- Manage priorities across multiple brands in LATAM, balancing global KPIs, strict timelines, and workflow demands.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Innovation & Design Engineering, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in artwork tracking, packaging engineering, account management, or at a design agency.
- Very strong proficiency in artwork approval systems and general digital platforms (e.g., spreadsheets).
- Basic knowledge of design software (Photoshop,



Illustrator).
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, with the ability to work effectively with teams and providers across LATAM, India, and China.
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Experience working with SKO or similar artwork management platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-up, and effective time management abilities
- Experience handling priorities across multiple brands and markets.
- Demonstrated process discipline, especially under tight deadlines or multiple demands.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and serving as an effective intermediary between agencies and internal counterparts.
