**Position Summary**:
We are looking for License Compliance Sales Specialists to join the Bentley Systems License Compliance Program.
The program mandate is to convert piracy and non-compliant usage into revenue.
The two main elements of the program are
1) Lead Generation and Qualification; and
2) Enforcement.
The role will include qualifying leads and engaging in sales/enforcement discussions and communications with software pirates, both directly and through external enforcement counsel.
**Your Day-to-Day**:
- Generating, tracking, and qualifying leads from various sources
- Helping create and working from sales scripts tailored to the statutory copyright and enforcement regimes in different countries.
- Participate in:
- Communication campaigns
- Managing enforcement providers and counsel (including PoA processes)
- Coordination with Legal, FinOps, and Account Advancement
- Delivering revenue!
**What You Bring to the Team**:
- **Professional fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
**:
- Minimum of 1 year of Software License Compliance experience, either legal or sales
- Familiarity with running a territory and forecasting revenue
- Strong negotiation skills




- This role requires travel up to 20%.
- This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, office-based, hybrid, or home-based in Mexico.
- Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).
The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions.
