**About this Position***:As a Pricing & Product Portfolio Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting pricing strategies and driving profitability across the business.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Strategy, Product Management, and Finance to deliver data-driven insights and ensure effective price execution.
**What you ́ll do***:
- Conduct detailed pricing analysis to support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Analyze price impact and margin performance to support regional pricing strategies.
- Monitor margin control by identifying pricing trends, cost changes, and discounting patterns.
- Support the execution of pricing processes aligned with business goals and policies.
- Collaborate with the Central Pricing Team to develop and implement pricing tools, dashboards, and models.
- Deliver insights to guide pricing decisions across regional product lines.
- Track governance elements such as discounts, rebates, and surcharges to ensure compliance.
- Prepare dashboards, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders regionally and globally.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports to measure pricing performance.




- Collect and interpret market data to inform pricing strategy and competitive positioning.
- Provide global analysis and benchmarking to identify best practices, pricing gaps, and harmonization opportunities across regions.
**What makes you a good fit***:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in pricing, controlling, or a related field.
- Strong skills in SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and Advanced Excel (including Macros).
- Academic background in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or MBA is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- English is mandatory.
