Proficiency with Minitab, SAP, and Microsoft Office.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, validate, and optimize plastic injection molding processes for high-volume manufacturing environments.Establish robust process windows using DOE, Scientific Molding, and statistical methodologies.Lead IQ, OQ, and PQ validations for equipment, molds, and manufacturing processes.Optimize molding parameters including temperature, pressure, injection speed, holding pressure, and cooling time.Troubleshoot and resolve molding defects such as flash, short shots, sink marks, warpage, weld lines, burn marks, and dimensional variation.Support New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing transfers, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) activities.Lead continuous improvement projects focused on scrap reduction, OEE improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost savings.Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DMAIC, PFMEA, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.Coordinate automation initiatives involving robotics, vision systems, and peripheral equipment.Participate in the selection, installation, startup, and qualification of injection molding equipment.Ensure effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs for molds and machinery.Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers and technicians, and support cross-functional teams.Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for injection molding technologies and manufacturing processes.CompetenciasSET: estrategia, ejecución, talento (para gerentes)#J-*****-Ljbffr
