Summary The AI Technical Analyst plays a critical role within the AI Center of Excellence (COE), translating business needs into intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions. This role combines business analysis, process design, and hands-on technical implementation to support the deployment of AI agents, RPA processes, and workflow automation. The adecuado candidate is skilled at uncovering process inefficiencies and leveraging modern AI tools to deliver scalable improvements.

This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact.

- Translate business processes into clear, structured requirements artifacts including process flows and business requirement documents (BRDs)

- Lead process discovery efforts through stakeholder interviews, observation, and workflow analysis
- Design, build, and deploy AI-driven workflows using no-code/low-code orchestration platforms




- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI agent deployments and automation solutions
- Provide process design consultation to improve efficiency through standardization and emerging technologies
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating test execution, documenting results, and resolving defects
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed AI and automation solutions to ensure performance and reliability
- Assist in the integration of AI agents across platforms and systems to enable seamless workflows Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and automation platforms
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
- Strong understanding of database structures and experience with SQL
- Proven ability to analyze and document business processes and translate them into technical solutions
- Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, or AI-driven solution design
