We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join Ennismore's global collective.
This is an exciting new position within Ennismore's growing portfolio of all-inclusive brands and will play a key role in launching two new brands with refreshed brand identities to the market in ****.
This position is Based in Cancun.Job DescriptionWhat you'll de doing...Proposes payment runs for all necessary business entitiesAssists vendors with all AP/payment relates queriesMonitors our internal Travel & Expense process and payments for the corporate team members and follows up on unapproved claimsReconciles bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Assists in maintaining financial records and general ledgers by recording transactions, journal entries, and adjustments accurately and timely.Reviews and approve new Vendors for a general accounting and finance systemAssists with Accounts Receivable (AR) related tasks including invoice billing and cash applicationParticipates in process improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to accounting systems, workflows, and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiencyOther ad hoc duties as neededQualificationsWhat we are looking for...Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field as well as 1-2 years of relevant post-graduate work experience preferredIntermediate or advanced English knowledge is required,
