**JOB PURPOSE**
Maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of SMT machines in PCBA processes.
Provides technical support to production and other related functions.
**JOB DETAIL**
- Develops, configure and optimize SMT and DIP Optical inspection processes from Engineering Sample, Pilot run, Safe launch up to Mass production.
- Develops best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve Optical inspections to meet production output and quality.
- Handle Optical Machines Software, Hardware and Maintenance
- Conducts process optimization and time study, cycle time improvements and process/product evaluation related to Optical Inspection.
- Conducts buy-off qualification of newly acquired fixtures, material and or Optical machine.
- Manages the activities of the Optical technicians.
**SKILLS AND EDUCATION**
- Bachelor completed in engineering fields (electrical, mechanical, mechatronic)




- At least 3 years of experience in similar poisition
- English 80% or higher (able to maintain a fluent conversation)
- Exprience and knowledge in TRI AOI, TRI SPI and TRI AXI machine
- Problem solving abilities
- Project management skills (preferable)
