- In this role, you will be responsible for performing root cause analysis, document/report, automate, maintain, troubleshoot, and patch Windows servers from **** to ****.
The role involves identifying and resolving server issues, generating reports, and providing IT infrastructure support._
- Responsibilities_
- _Help to identify the root cause of issues.
Work with Microsoft and other external vendors to identify the issue._
- _Automate tasks, identify process improvements_
- _Document and report issues_
- _Lead the team and mentor juniors_
- _Vulnerability remediation_
- _Troubleshoot patching issues_
- _Troubleshoot server connectivity issues from vcenter, ILOs._
- _Monitor server health_
- _Troubleshoot CPU, Disk space, RDP, server connectivity issues etc_
- _Generate compliance/vulnerability reports_
- _Document key issues/root cause_
- _Installation & Configuration of Server OS_
- _Server Decommissions_




- _Handling tickets - Incidents/Tasks/Change management requests_
- _Work with users across different locations on various issues_

- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field._
- _Excellent written and verbal communication skills_
