Responsibilities - participate to Margin Based Pay project: ensure data are accurate and consistent for NA/LA markets, onboard market finance & impacted business teams with trainings and support them in data usage and quota setting process.

- support forecast process on revenue and margin by GTM - analyze End User accounts performance and profitability - ensure data used from CSP (End User Accounts tool) and GTM360 are accurate - drive accuracy improvement initiatives in CSP/GTM360 - prepare business reviews with markets - assist Markets finance analysts in the preparation of quota targets by GTM - advise and support business decisions on ad hoc initiatives Requirements - Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance,



or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management and/or IT.
