**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Conduct interviews in both **English and Spanish**:
- Track and report recruiting metrics regularly
- Think creatively to improve processes and attract top talent
- Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in **IT recruitment**:
- Strong understanding of **end-to-end recruitment** processes
- Bilingual**:Spanish and English** (spoken and written)




- Experience with remote collaboration tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, organized, and creative — you think **outside the box** and propose solutions proactively
