Customer Service Specialist
**Language**: Bilingual with English and Spanish
**Shift**: 8am to 6pm EST
**Tasks**:
- Answering phone calls, confirming inspections, and scheduling inspections.
- Handling a significant amount of follow-up with clients, often involving multiple interactions per inspection.
- Managing a shared mailbox and ensuring thorough communication with clients.
- Using a proprietary scheduling software program to book inspection-related services.
- Following up with clients to ensure all details are confirmed and understood.
- Providing excellent customer service to high-profile clients.
- Participating in on-the-job training and continuous learning to improve performance.
**Qualifications**:
- 5 years of experience minimum customer service experience.
- Bilingual with English and Spanish
- Experience in telemarketing, real estate, customer service, and/or legal fields is a plus.
Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, and sometimes Excel)
