You will support the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial control systems across our global manufacturing operations.
Working under the guidance of senior engineering staff, you will assist in implementing and optimizing PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for the production of T-Tape, Ro-Drip, and Film manufacturing equipment.
As part of our engineering team, you'll be contributing to the evolution of smarter, more efficient manufacturing systems in a collaborative and innovative environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in maintaining machine programs, electrical schematics, PLC code, and commissioning documentation.
- Provide technical support for production equipment by troubleshooting control issues and assisting in system upgrades.
- Work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to improve production processes and equipment reliability.
- Help compile documentation including user guides, training materials, and system specifications.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a collaborative attitude while representing Rivulis in a production or customer-facing environment.

**General Duties**:
- ** Support & Troubleshooting**: Work alongside senior engineers to diagnose issues and maintain control systems.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Contribute to the development and execution of maintenance plans.
- **System Testing**: Participate in system validations to ensure performance standards are met.
- **Compliance**: Learn and support adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
- **Training**: Assist in training sessions for operators and maintenance personnel.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with engineering, maintenance,



and production teams to support system functionality.
- ** System Development**: Assist in designing and implementing control systems for custom or new manufacturing equipment.
- **Programming**: Support the development and testing of PLC, HMI, and SCADA code under guidance from senior engineers.
- **System Integration**: Help integrate sensors, actuators, and communication networks within control systems.
- **Cybersecurity**: Follow established practices for control system security.
- **Project Support**: Assist in project documentation, scheduling, and coordination activities.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay current on industry tools and best practices for control system engineering
- ** Travel**: Up to 20% (Domestic and International - Including but not limited to México, USA, etc.)
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent technical experience).
- 2-5 years of experience in industrial controls or automation.
- Working knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley preferred).
- Familiarity with HMIs, SCADA, and industrial control hardware.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and troubleshoot control systems.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
