You will assist customers and coordinate with supervisors to ensure consistency across shifts within the IT Support Center.Applicants should have hands-on experience with PC and mobile assets, ServiceNow, Windows OS, and iOS troubleshooting, plus strong communication skills and knowledge of asset management processes.
