We are looking for a Service Engineer Sr. to provide specialized technical support in installation, maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and calibration of equipment at customer sites across Mexico and Central America.Main Responsibilities:Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment.On-site diagnostics, repair, and calibration.Provide on-site and remote technical support.Deliver technical training to customers and internal teams.Perform in-house equipment repairs.Ensure proper documentation and follow-up in CRM systems.Availability to travel up to 80% of the time.Requirements:Degree in Electronic, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or related field.At least 3 years of experience in maintenance or installation of industrial equipment.Knowledge of control systems, measurement, inspection, analysis equipment, CNC, and automation.Knowledge of PLC programming and fieldbus systems.Advanced English level.Experience using manual tools, CRM systems, and MS Office.Valid driver's license.Valid visa and passport.Work Modality & Location:Hybrid role.Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.We Offer:Biweekly payment.Major Medical Insurance.
