**About the Role**:

You will work under a Product Innovation Lead on a small team built to design innovative products and solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Quickly translate ideas and requirements into functional prototypes and proof of concept solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Designers, AI Specialists) to accelerate product development.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the full stack, with a focus on rapid delivery.
- Stay current with emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven full stack development experience (frontend and backend technologies).
- Expertise in
front-end
technologies such as JavaScript,



TypeScript and front-end framework such as Vue.js is a plus.
- Expertise in back-end technologies in one or more of NodeJS, Python or PHP
- Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Familiarity understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience using databases and SQL language.
- Hands-on experience designing, integrating, and maintaining APIs.
- Experience with automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an emphasis on speed and agility.
- Ability to pivot quickly and adapt to shifting priorities and new challenges.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate and align with team members.
