**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the daily processess of digital adoption campaigns
- Be the liason between digital adoption and product managers, campaign, marketing needs
- Responsible for execution of multiple production support functions to fulfill product requirements for the digital adoption campaigns area
- Provides day-to-day servicing, handle and provide timely resolution to team ineeds
- Completes all assigned tasks on a timely basis with mínimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- previous year relevant experience preferred
**Education**:
- Bachelors degree
