**Job qualifications and experience requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Technology.
- Advanced English language, oral and written.
- +3 years of experience in the maintenance area as a mechanic or electrician.
- 2 years of prior personnel management experience
- Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling
- Knowledge of computerized system in maintenance management.
- Advanced Microsoft Office package (MS Project, Visio, Excel, Power Point, Word).
- ISO **** Quality System

**Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of work for scheduled maintenance.
- Request supplies and resources.
- Preparation of materials, tools and spare parts.
- Preparation of documentation and tools necessary for preventive maintenance.
- Participate in planning and execution to ensure work is done effectively.
- Work on continuous improvement in responsibility.
- Work in the purchasing department to ensure the availability of spare parts.
Shared responsibilities:
- Safety: Meet safety and environmental KPIs.
**Salary range**: 39,******,340 pesos.
