**About the role**:
You ́ll participate in software development projects with a Top Client in the Beverage/Retail industry as Scrum Master
**Main Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Scrum Master Certification.
**:
- **5+ Yoe in Scrum Master** roles.
- Plan and facilitate **Scrum activities/ceremonies**, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives.
- Strong experience in **Jira/Confluence**usage.
- Participate in **Team Management** (including onboarding/offboarding, performance coaching, etc.).
- **Stakeholder management**, deal with different members of the team (internal and external).
- Adaptability, able to work in fast pace environment with constant change in requirements.
- Participate in breakdown of work, from requirements, user stories to tasks, manage backlog.
- Identify and solve impediments that may slow down development teams to deliver milestones on time.
- **Advanced English Communication** (C1 or higher).
