Hire Hangar is growing and we're seeking a seasoned **Internal Recruiter** with proven success managing **high-volume pipelines**.
This is an ideal role for someone with a staffing agency background who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance quality with speed.
What You'll Do
- Run **full-cycle recruitment** for multiple roles across departments
- Manage and track recruitment activity using an **ATS**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on goals and improve hiring workflows
What You Bring
- 2-3+ years of experience in **staffing or high-volume recruiting**




- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and fast-paced hiring
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and organization skills
- Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems and recruitment tech tools
- Availability to work in PST or EST time zones
