At RES, we are currently looking for an Associate Project Manager – Operations Engineering Services to join our Asset Management team.

Position Summary The Associate Project Manager will support the delivery of engineering and operational projects across RES' renewable energy portfolio, including wind, solar, and battery energy storage assets. This role is responsible for coordinating asset onboarding, managing engineering projects and additional services, supporting operational improvements, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality, environmental, and commercial standards.

Key Responsibilities - Lead the onboarding of new renewable energy assets into the Asset Management portfolio, coordinating with cross-functional teams including Operations Technology (OT), Finance, Control Centre, and Asset Management.

- Manage engineering projects and additional services from project initiation through completion for wind, solar, and battery storage assets.
- Coordinate contractors and vendors, ensuring project deliverables, safety requirements, budgets, and schedules are achieved.




- Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and develop value-added services for asset owners.
- Support the development of risk management, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives across the Asset Management portfolio.
- Collaborate with Advisory, ESG, Commercial, Operations Technology, and Cyber Security teams on strategic projects.
- Coordinate Cyber Security assessments for operational assets and support implementation of Operational Technology (OT) upgrades.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and standardization initiatives across Operations Engineering Services.
- Promote high standards of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) performance throughout all project phases.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, schedules, budgets, and progress updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications Education - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.

- Project Management certification (or equivalent practical experience) preferred.

Experience - Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting utility-scale Wind, Solar, and/or Battery Energy Storage projects.

- Experience in renewable energy project delivery, engineering, operations, or asset management.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering projects.
- Experience managing contractors and reviewing technical scopes of work.
- Experience with project budgets, schedules, and cost control.




- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical documentation, and construction specifications.
- Experience with Operational Technology (OT), SCADA, electrical, mechanical, or civil works is highly desirable.
- Cyber Security experience within renewable energy assets is considered an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites and regional offices.
