Constractiva LLC is a general contracting company that also provides maintenance services for various properties. We are looking for an Operations and Sales Associate who will be a valuable addition to our Operations Team. Source, request, and purchase materials needed for construction and property maintenance projects while tracking orders, managing inventory, and ensuring all materials meet project standards and deadlines. # Assist in coordinating construction projects by scheduling subcontractors, communicating with laborers, tracking project timelines, maintaining proper documentation, and supporting the Operations Manager with site visits, project planning, and job progress monitoring. # Jobber Management: Utilize Jobber to create, schedule, assign, and monitor work orders, keep job statuses updated, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless coordination between the office and field teams. # Sales & Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers,



vendors, and prospective clients while identifying opportunities to generate additional maintenance and construction projects.

Assist in preparing estimates, following up on leads, and contributing to company growth by delivering excellent customer service and helping drive sales. Fluency in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with subcontractors, laborers, field staff, and internal teams. Basic knowledge of materials, tools, and subcontractor roles.

Contract: Independent contractor role, up to 40 hours per week Benefits: 5 PTO days after your first 6 months, increasing to 10 PTO days after completing 1 year (following the initial 6 months), plus US holidays as standard. Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. PST (LA Local Time) Availability to work on weekends as needed.
