disciplines while coordinating closely with Building Construction (KG 300)Review engineering documentation throughout Concept Design, Design Development and IFC stagesReview HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Building Automation concepts, drawings, calculations and technical specificationsVerify compliance with project requirements, engineering standards and applicable codesIdentify design risks, constructability issues, multidisciplinary coordination conflicts and value engineering opportunitiesPerform technical reviews of contractor and vendor submittals for major MEP systems and equipmentPrepare technical review comments, recommendations and decision papers for project managementSupport technical coordination during construction and ensure the approved design intent is successfully implementedSupport commissioning readiness and successful project handoverMUST HAVEDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalentExtensive experience in MEP / TGA EngineeringProven experience acting as Owner's Representative, Owner's Engineer or Client-side Technical Project EngineerExtensive experience within industrial construction projects (electronics, semiconductor, automotive,
