Responsible for supporting the credit & collections of a $15m KBU business, primarily in the Oracle entities, Ansell Colombia SAS and Ansell Peru SAS.
This includes supporting requirements related to electronic invoicing documentation (GoSocket).
These entities will expand in the future as we integrate KBU with Ansell.
This role will need to understand new processes required related to local compliance in Peru and Colombia, which are different than Mexico and OLAC USA.
RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Daily review of payments posted to our cash accounts and credit card payments related to remittances submitted by customers.
- Gathering tax certificates from customers in Colombia
- Bank reconciliation vs Oracle receipts to accounting team.
- Processing adjustments, debit and credit memos in Oracle required by Sales and Customer Service.
- Responsible for sending monthly Statements to customers within the first 3 days of the month and provides account status to customers and Sales.
, keep close relationship with internal and external customers through calls, message, meetings, mails.

- Responsible to contact customers with delinquent accounts to facilitate collections and payment schedules.
- Investigate and resolve deductions taken by customers.
- Responsible for reviewing and releasing orders that fail credit criteria and go on credit hold on a regular basis to facilitate order flow to customers.
- Reconcile Oracle statements and respond to audit confirms.
- Provide assistance with new customer accounts by sending Credit Application Forms,



requesting Financial Statements, checking trade references, bank references and requesting credit reports.
- Customer modification in MDM
- Balance confirmation intercompany each month.
- Provide close end reports to Finance of collections, Collection Summary all regions.
- Send invoices & Credit note to the customer when is requested to get the payment
KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education Bachelor's degree in a business-related major and a course on credit risk
Language Spanish and English
