- **_Responsible for making calls to different service providers in the United States, to process payments on behalf of customers._**

- **_Must be able to fluently carry a conversation in English, answer questions, and document the results of each call._**

- **_Outbound calls regarding collections and payment process._**
**_ _**
- **_Follow up on incidents from the time it is reported until successful closure document ticket status and follow up._**

- **_Register all cases, inquiries, and calls in the tracking tool._**
