**Required skills /Abilities**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
- Five years of experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
- Knowledge related to clean room.
- Understand the Quality philosophy based on FDA requirements.
- PMs management and repairing building, such: HVAC systems, compressed air system,
utility systems, electrical, water and gas services, etc.
- Coordinate and oversees contractor activities services.
- Energy saving management.
- Writes, develops, and implements documentation such: PMs routines, internal
procedures, etc.
- Supervises and lead technicians engaged in installing, servicing, and repairing
mechanical equipment.
- Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists employees in solving work problems.
- Requisitions spare parts, tools, equipment, etc.
- Provides technical training to management and other team members.
- Coordinates work performed by outside contractors, vendors, and engineering
consultants.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Perform root cause investigations for the NCR or CAPA processes.
**Authority**:
- Select, hire, supervise, discipline and terminate Facilities Technicians reporting to him/her.
- Call, instruct and/or request meetings, changes and updates to any Construction
company.
- Purchase indirect material for production and spare parts and or material for the
maintenance of the building.
**Performance Criteria**:
- Thorough understanding of mechanical engineering.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
