Overview
About this Position The customer service specialist will serve as the point of contact between the order entry team and the logistics department.
They will be responsible for reviewing customer portals, downloading purchase orders, and forwarding all relevant information to the logistics team.
What You'll Do
Order Entry responsible.
Maintain active portals by tracking purchase orders.
Make corrections to the different orders.
Upload orders in SAP.

Degree on Business Administrations.
Experience in customer service.
Intermediate english.
Analytics, proactive and good communication.
