Senior AI Solutions Analyst
As a Senior AI Solutions Analyst, you will design, implement, and scale applied AI solutions that improve business processes and operational effectiveness.
This role focuses on building practical AI tools, agents, and automations within the Business Operations team using enterprise platforms, structured data, and workflow technologies.
You will partner internally with business leaders, platform owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into actionable AI roadmaps, prioritize high-value use cases, and ensure solutions are clearly scoped, secure, reliable, and aligned to defined outcomes.
Responsibilities
AI Solution Design and Delivery
Design and implement applied AI solutions, agents, and automations that solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.
Structure data, content, and workflows to support reliable AI outputs and scalable adoption.
Refine AI solutions through testing, user feedback, and performance measurement.
Ensure AI tools are scoped appropriately, governed effectively, and aligned to business outcomes.
Process and Platform Integration
Integrate AI capabilities across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem into existing business workflows.
Establish automated processes, escalation paths, and cross-platform coordination using tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
Partner with content and platform owners to support effective governance, knowledge management, and workflow adoption.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve consistency through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
Enablement and Training
Develop clear, practical training materials that help teams adopt and use AI solutions effectively.
Create role-based guides, onboarding resources, playbooks, and best‐practice documentation.
Lead internal training sessions, workshops,
and hands‐on learning experiences that build confidence, consistency, and self‐sufficiency.
Program Leadership and Partnership
Translate internal business priorities into actionable AI roadmaps.
Act as a trusted advisor and subject‐matter expert for AI solution design, delivery, and adoption within Micron.
Partner with internal leaders and cross‐functional teams to scale AI adoption and deliver measurable efficiency gains.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, analytics, information systems, or related field; or equivalent practical experience building data‐driven, automated, or AI‐enabled business solutions.
Experience designing, implementing, or supporting technology‐enabled business solutions.
Experience working with AI platforms, automation tools, or Microsoft 365‐based solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong foundation in statistics and/or machine learning.
Experience developing playbooks, adoption guides, training content, or enablement programs.
Ability to operate across business, technical, and governance stakeholders to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
Additional Information
The specified role does not encompass the following responsibilities: Finalization of sales agreements or the execution of sales contracts is prohibited.
The role also does not carry the authority to make definitive decisions regarding contracts, be it their conclusion or termination.
