Position OverviewExecute the proper operation, monitoring, and management of air export and import shipments, in accordance with the established operational and administrative guidelines and KPIs.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and manage air import and export shipments based on the contracted service, including scheduling logistics services such as pickup/delivery, warehousing, cross-docking, customs clearance, and international freight with various vendors, agents, and overseas offices.Oversee shipment costing and invoicing, ensuring accurate financial processing.Maintain clear communication with customers, agents, and overseas partners regarding shipment progress, while proactively identifying issues and presenting solutions that may require escalation.Ensure compliance with established KPIs and operational processes by executing required instructions.Collect and validate all necessary documentation for customs and export or import processes.Analyze WIP/ACR reports and closures, resolve warehouse income-related issues, and capture and maintain data quality in line with customer requirements and guidelines.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business,
or a related field.At least three years of proven experience in logistics operations within a freight forwarding environment.Solid knowledge of Incoterms, financial closures, documentation, and operational processes.Intermediate level of Excel (including charts, filters, and basic functions) and a strong understanding of customs processes.English proficiency level of at least 80% (spoken, written, and reading).
Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding of airline routes, frequencies, and cargo capacities arriving to Mexico.Certifications in Dangerous Goods and IATA (GC/DGR).
