**Title:**DG BOSS: Painter (FN)* As directed by the Superintendent, may load, transport, unload, materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
* Clean work area and restock supplies and materials as necessary.
* May assist in lifting, positioning, and securing of materials during installation.
* Responsible for mixing paints, matching colors, preparing surfaces, and applying paint to these surfaces.
* May perform touch-ups or coordinate large painting projects related to the construction industry.
* Installs, repairs, and maintains drywall, wall texturing, and ceiling acoustic texturing.
* Applies paints, stains, surface preparatory materials, and undercoating materials to a variety of surfaces, as appropriate, and according to Materials Safety Data Sheets ensuring compliance with hazardous materials guidelines.
* Maintains existing paint surfaces through matching and tinting of appropriate paint products.
* Identification, safe handling, and appropriate disposal of paints, stains, preparatory and undercoating materials, and other hazardous materials.
* Helps coordinate movement of materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work site.
* Completes and reviews records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean-up activities.
* Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.
* Performs other duties and activities as directed.
**Basic Qualifications*** Must have knowledge and skill in hazardous materials handling, application, and disposal.
* Must speak, read, and understand the English Language.




* Must pass overseas medical screening and be in good health.
* Must have a valid Professional Driver's License with at least Restriction Code 2.* Must have basic knowledge of Maximo and Tablet**Preferred Qualifications****JOB SPECIFICATIONS: SPECIAL CERTIFICATIONS OR TRAINING:*** Painting certification/s is required.
**EDUCATION:*** Must have at least High School diploma, Vocational or Technical course Graduate is required.
**EXPERIENCE:*** Must have at least three (3) years' experience in painting trades.
