Are you passionate about driving process excellence and supporting the successful launch of new products? We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our Electronics Manufacturing team and play a key role in optimizing operations, improving efficiency, and supporting NPI activities.

Key Responsibilities: ? Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, productivity, and cost performance. ? Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies. ? Support BKN/NPI builds, process qualifications, and production readiness activities. ? Analyze process data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. ? Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, PFMEAs, and control plans. ? Collaborate with Production, Quality, Design Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product launches.

Qualifications:



✔ Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronics, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field. ✔ Experience in electronics manufacturing, SMT, PCBA, or assembly processes. ✔ Knowledge of NPI, process validation, DOE, PFMEA, and Lean Manufacturing. ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ✔ Experience supporting prototype, pilot, and production builds. ✔ English communication skills.
