Role Responsibilities

- SuperApp Project Tracking: Provide end‑to‑end operational support and rigorous follow‑up on cross‑functional initiatives for SuperApp projects, specifically focusing on DiDi Club and DiDi Travel.





- Campaign Execution: Assist in the implementation and tracking of SuperApp campaigns across multiple touchpoints (InApp, TV, OOH, Social Media, Media, and PR), ensuring all verticals are aligned.

- Cross‑Functional Liaison: Help connect the dots between Masterbrand and all DiDi’s business lines (Rides, Food, Delivery), proactively driving new projects and strategies.

- Briefing & Development: Assist in crafting campaign briefs for DiDi Club and DiDi Travel initiatives, following up on their development from kick‑off to completion.

- Market Intelligence: Conduct research, brand benchmarks, and competitor analysis within the ride‑hailing, travel, food and loyalty program categories to support strategy development.

- Brand Governance: Support brand audits and the maintenance of DiDi’
