Coordinate the development and implementation of internal communications channels and strategies per the site.
Develop clear and concise written materials for use with employees audiences.
Support execution of Internal Communications activities by supporting the organization of corporate events (business Town Halls, global broadcasts, etc) and developing materials needed for different audiences (invitations, videos, key messages, Q&A.;)
Innovate the internal communications team through new thinking, new tools and vehicles
Participation and diffusion our ERG (employee Resource Groups)
Communication Schedule Management
Management to Engagement activities
Maintain and update content on boards
**Requirements**:
Photo and video-editing skills (desirable)
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills




Previous working experience in communications or related field for 3-5 years
Fluent in English/Spanish
Experience developing and managing digital programs, content and editorial performance.
Bachelor Degree in journalism, public relations, communications or similar relevant field.
**Requisitos**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0 - 2 years clerical, secretarial or related experience.
- Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills required.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good organizational and customer service skills.
- Good math skills.
- Good proofreading skills and attention to detail.
