Role Overview
Hirably is looking for a Sales Business Development Representative (BDR) to serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers on behalf of our dealership partners. This fully remote role focuses on handling inbound leads, executing high-volume outbound outreach, qualifying customer needs, and setting quality sales and service appointments. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, CRM discipline, punctuality, and the ability to meet clearly defined performance metrics.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $25,000 MXN net per month.
- Aguinaldo: 15 days.
- Vacation: 12 days.
- Fully remote position.
Core Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Management
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
- Engage customers with the primary goal of scheduling qualified sales or service appointments.
- Create a positive first impression and represent dealership partners with professionalism and confidence.
Outbound Engagement
- Proactively reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls, texts, and emails.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture leads through consistent, effective communication.
- Maintain momentum on open leads while balancing inbound responsiveness.
CRM & Data Management
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure call notes, dispositions, tasks, and follow-ups are completed in real time.
- Maintain clean, complete, and up-to-date records to support reporting and transparency.
Customer Needs Analysis
- Actively listen to understand customer preferences, vehicle needs, budget considerations, and timing.
- Ask qualifying questions to appropriately guide conversations and set realistic expectations.
- Provide tailored automotive solutions aligned with customer needs and dealership offerings.
Appointment Coordination
- Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments with dealership sales or service teams.
- Ensure appointments are accurately logged and properly communicated.
- Focus on setting quality appointments that align with client expectations and availability.
Service Excellence
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire interaction.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and solution-oriented approach on every call.
- Handle objections, questions, and concerns with empathy and clarity.
Call Quality Standards Sales BDRs are expected to follow the approved call process and uphold quality standards on every customer interaction, inbound or outbound. Agents must:
- Brand the dealership at the start of the call.
- Introduce themselves professionally.
- Mention call recording when required.
- Confirm the purpose of the call (sales inquiry, appointment setting, follow-up).
- Identify whether the customer is new or returning.
- Verify the customer's name and spelling.
- Verify the customer's phone number.
- Verify the customer's email address.
- Identify vehicle interest (specific vehicle or general interest).
- Confirm customer budget range and timing, when applicable.
- Ask qualifying questions to assess readiness and intent.
- Offer the earliest available appointment per dealership guidelines.
- Reconfirm final appointment details (date, time, location, vehicle interest).
- Re-brand the dealership during call close.
Internal Communication & Professional Conduct
- Maintain active communication in team Google Chats throughout each shift.
- Respond promptly to leadership and team communications.
- Stay engaged, collaborative, and professional during work hours.
- Communicate workflow progress, questions, or challenges in a timely manner.
Equipment & Connectivity Standards
- High-speed, stable internet connection.
- Ability to run CRM, dialers, schedulers,
and messaging platforms simultaneously.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Outbound Activity
- 120–150 outbound calls per day, or 15–19 calls per hour, depending on project.
- Maintain consistent call pacing throughout the shift.
Inbound Activity
- Minimum 50 inbound leads or calls per day, when assigned to inbound queues.
- Prompt response times to inbound inquiries.
Appointment Setting
- Target of 100 quality appointments per month for full-time agents.
- Focus on appointment accuracy, confirmation, and readiness.
Conversion & Quality Metrics
- Maintain required appointment set rate per project guidelines.
- Consistent adherence to call flow, branding, and script standards.
- Strong show-rate support through accurate qualification and confirmation.
CRM Accuracy & Documentation
- Document 100% of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Apply correct dispositions and lead statuses.
- Ensure all notes are clear, complete, and entered in real time.
- Maintain accurate appointment details and follow-up actions.
