Job Description

Core Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, customer-focused Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion while providing excellent partner support
Manage more advanced Accounts Receivable activities, including credit and collections processes, payment follow-up, and customer account management
Perform detailed credit risk assessments, including analysis of financial statements and annual reports to support informed credit decisions
Release or cancel customer orders in accordance with company policies and credit guidelines
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external customers across multiple countries and regions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by finding opportunities to optimize AR processes, increase efficiency, and support global standardization
Ensure compliance with global accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls while supporting the implementation of standardized and scalable processes
This is a 1-year parental cover position.
The role is based in Monterrey.
No relocation assistance is provided for this position.
The Accounts Receivable (AR) department supports the LEGO Group through consistent, high-quality, and customer-focused execution of AR processes and partner management.
By delivering operational excellence,



the team enables Business Service Operations (BSO) to create significant value across the organization!
Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience within Finance and Accounts Receivable or similar role
Experience working in a Shared Service Center environment with a focus on process excellence and continuous improvement is an advantage
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused attitude
Strong collaboration and partner management skills, with the ability to build trust across functions and geographies
Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
Advanced English language skills and professional Spanish language skills
