- 6+ years sourcing electronic components within Commodity Management

- Experience with EMS/CEM suppliers, PCBAs and supplier qualification

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for electronic components, PCBAs and EMS/CEM suppliers.

- Lead supplier qualification, supplier development and strategic sourcing initiatives.

- Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations.

- Analyze market trends, supply risks and sourcing opportunities to support business objectives.

- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality, delivery and supply continuity.

- Partner with Engineering, Quality and Operations teams to support sourcing and supplier strategies.

- Manage RFQ processes, supplier selection and contract manufacturing relationships.

- Prepare and present spend analysis, supplier performance metrics and market intelligence.

The Successful Applicant

- A successful Commodity Manager Electrónicos should have:





- Strong background sourcing electronic components and managing commodities.

- Experience with EMS/CEM suppliers, PCBAs and supplier qualification.

- Proven track record in strategic negotiations and cost reduction initiatives.

- Strong supplier development and relationship management skills.

- Advanced English communication skills.

- Valid U.S. Visa and Passport.

- Analytical mindset and ability to manage complex supply chains.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
