Overview the position

Management of Kia Mexico's company vehicle program, ensuring efficient fleet operations, policy compliance, vendor coordination, and high-quality support for employees eligible for company vehicles.

Typical tasks

- Manage the administration of Company Car Program, including vehicle allocations, renewals, and returns.
- Coordinate with leasing companies, dealerships, insurance providers, and other external vendors.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, repairs, registrations, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding company vehicles.
- Maintain accurate fleet records and prepare reports on vehicle utilization and program costs.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding company car policies, processes, and inquiries.




- Track vehicle deliveries and replacements to ensure timely service for eligible employees.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and employee satisfaction within the Company Car Program.

Qualifications
- Bachelor / engineering degree
- 5+ years of experience in fleet management, vehicle administration or related
- Experience managing vendors and external service providers.
- Knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle leasing, insurance, and maintenance processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced english
