Responsibilities
Manage the operational safety, availability and reliability of the plant physical assets
Oversee the development, implementation and management of documented reliability and asset integrity strategies
Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Site Management System (ISO ****, ISO *****, *****, PSM, SARI, NSF, KOSHER, etc.)
Manage the budget allocated to the Reliability and Asset Integrity team
Manage the personnel in the Reliability & Asset Integrity team
Support the planning team to keep the SAP database updated
Oversee the development, implementation and management of reliability-based maintenance and inspection programs
Drive the use of Proactive (Predictive and Preventive) Maintenance techniques
Identify the reliability and asset integrity activities that must be performed by external contractors
Lead and promote the drive for continuous improvement
Manage reliability and asset integrity performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, Availability, Risk of Failure)
Requirements
Mechanical, Integrity, Reliability or related Engineering
Minimum 12 years in maintenance, reliability or integrity of assets in the chemical or petrochemical industry
Good working knowledge of API, ASME, NFPA, ISO *****, ASTM, ISO **** standards
Experience with failure analysis, RCM, FMEA, RCA
Good working knowledge of maintenance management software (SAP PM) and data analysis (Power BI, advanced Excel) tools
Good working knowledge of reliability and mechanical integrity software
Good working knowledge of predictive techniques: vibration analysis, thermography, and ultrasound
Language: English-B1
