As an operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping finished goods.
You will oversee warehouse operations to ensure operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and optimal utilization of associates and resources.
This role is responsible for fostering a culture of compliance, safety, and continuous improvement through adherence to established policies, procedures, and operational standards.
This position reports to the Regional Deputy Director.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage work teams, ensuring you meet customer needs in terms of product assortment; balance activities and foster a collaborative work environment.
Manage and supervise the receiving and storage of products, ensuring that the delivery matches the description versus the quantity on hand, as well as the good condition of the merchandise.
Control and monitor the cycle counting plan, guaranteeing inventory accuracy and that products are available when needed, through tracking, stock location, and inventory movements.
Manage the use of the operational excellence model, through systems and tools, promoting the participation and development of teams for continuous improvement.
Attend to, communicate with,



and negotiate with internal and/or external clients to guarantee the execution of operations and the achievement of objectives.
Manage and administer associates, guiding them toward achieving KPIs and KBIs.
Establish, monitor, and report clear objectives, ensuring smooth operations and achieving sustainable and outstanding results.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field.
2 years of experience in inventory and warehouse management.
Experience managing personnel.
