Job Description
As a Sr IT Project Mgmt Specialist here at Honeywell, you will lead and mentor a team, align IT strategies with business goals, and ensure project success within quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
You will report directly to our Sr IT Director, and you'll work out of our San Luis Potosí Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project progress
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
Coordinate and allocate resources, including internal team members and external vendors, to ensure project success
Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
5+ years of experience in IT project management, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.




Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.
Proven success in delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Advanced English Level
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar.
Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives.
Strong project portfolio management skills.
A passion for staying current with emerging industry trends and best practices.
