Control Engineer

Location: Baja California, Mexico

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Control Engineer with strong expertise in Allen-Bradley Logix PLC programming, industrial automation, and commissioning . The idóneo candidate will have hands-on experience supporting material handling or warehouse automation systems , preferably in Amazon, Dematic, or similar environments.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of Allen-Bradley Logix PLC programming experience.
- 4+ years of experience with Amazon, Dematic, or similar warehouse/material handling automation systems.
- Strong knowledge of EtherNet/IP and industrial communication networks.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, logic diagrams, and P&IDs.;
- Experience commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting PLC control systems.




- Strong troubleshooting skills with conveyors, motors, drives, and electrical control panels.
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Program, commission, and troubleshoot PLC-based automation systems.
- Perform I/O checkout, functional testing, and system commissioning.
- Configure field devices and industrial networks.
- Develop commissioning documentation, test plans, and network topology diagrams.
- Troubleshoot PLC, electrical, and network communication issues.
- Support integrated system testing while ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards.
