Lead the commercial and operational strategy of ALPLA's Recycling business across Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean, driving sustainable business growth.
Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with suppliers to secure a reliable supply of recyclable materials.
Identify new business opportunities, acquire new customers and expand existing accounts while leading the commercialization of recycled materials across the region.
Manage the business P&L;, budgets, investments and financial performance to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Oversee recycling plant operations, ensuring optimal production capacity, material availability and operational efficiency.
Lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality and Human Resources, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with ALPLA's Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards, as well as all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Represent the company with customers, suppliers, government authorities and strategic business partners.
Collaborate with regional and general teams to implement strategic initiatives that strengthen ALPLA's circular economy business.
What makes you great
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
5+ years of experience




leading industrial operations with commercial and financial responsibility.
Proven experience developing supplier and customer relationships while driving business growth through new business development.
Strong knowledge of P&L; management, budgeting, investment planning and business strategy.
Experience leading manufacturing, recycling, plastics or other industrial process operations.
Solid understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Planning and Operations Management.
Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in dynamic industrial environments.
Advanced English (C1 or higher).
Willingness to travel across
Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean
.
Availability to work
100% on-site in Toluca, State of Mexico
